Who is not eligible to purchase a Big Wish Lottery ticket?

The following individuals and their spouses, children and children-in-law are prohibited from ordering/purchasing a ticket or winning a prize: Group Health Centre Trust Fund employees, Group Health Association Board of Directors, and the Group Health Centre Executive Team.
